This month, on Star Trek: Remastered. . . .
Weekend of November 3: "Metamorphosis"
The Galileo II shuttlecraft, with Kirk, Spock, McCoy, and Commissioner Nancy Hedford aboard, crashes on a small planetoid. (When is the Enterprise gang going to stop naming their shuttlecraft "Galileo"? Don't they realize the name must be jinxed or something? This makes two out of two that have crashed so far!) There, they meet warp-drive creator Zefram Cochrane of Alpha Centauri, thought to have been dead for 150 years. Check out the video preview over at StarTrek.com.
Weekend of November 10: "The Deadly Years"
The Enterprise crew contracts a strange illness that rapidly ages them. (Watch in horror as young James T. Kirk morphs into Denny Crane!) This one also features a showdown of sorts with the Romulans, so this will likely be one of the highlights of this season.
Weekend of November 17: "The Doomsday Machine"
(Repeat: Read The Film Frontier review) This was also supposed to repeat back in early September, but my local station repeated "Amok Time" instead. Maybe they'll get it right this time.
Weekend of November 24: "Space Seed"
